Siboniseng Construction provides a unique proven concept to the housing challenge we all face in our country. All South Africans have the need to acquire quality houses without compromising the quality of their lives.
A new concept that may assist the human settlement department in its efforts to build houses of superior quality for home seekers who do not have access to RDP houses and home loans was developed.
- The project is launched to help the normal working class people working 8 to 5.
- Most people do not qualify for bonds and most people will not be able to afford a bond
- The idea is to help people that are renting, living with parents staying in shacks and squatter camps
- The aim is to get rid of the areas where there is more than five families living on one stand
- There are people that live in back rooms, rent houses, and they are under the impression that it is impossible to own a house
- It is not impossible for the normal low or middle income group to own a house
- Some people pay R2000.00 or more rental for a house that will never become their own. Why rent if you can own your own house.
- On a normal bond you pay more or less R3500.00 for a bond of R350000.00, the interest is more than double the amount you borrowed over twenty years
- This project is also for twenty years, but the difference is that you only pay R1900.00 per month, that calculates to R372000.00 over the twenty year period.
- With no interest. The same house that will cost you R372000 plus interest of ± R580000 that equals to R942000.00 through the banks
- The project is about the community financing each other, no loans from the bank no credit checks, no high premiums and no interest. The only requirement is to pay a deposit of R18600-00(for infrastructure development), thus the reason for not using
the banks. Registration Fee is R500-00
- There will be a waiting list on a first come first serve basis. The capital that would be accumulated would be sufficient to build 5500 houses per year
- This project is to accommodate thirty thousand families
